Austral-Asia Cup 1990

The Austral-Asia Cup 1990 was a six-nation tournament that was held from April 25 to May 4, 1990 in the United Arab Emirates in one-day cricket . In which the international cricket season in 1990 belonging tournament the teams from taking Australia , Bangladesh , India , New Zealand , Pakistan and Sri Lanka in part. In the final Pakistan was able to prevail against Australia with 36 runs.

format

In a preliminary round, each team played against each in two groups of three teams. There were two points for a win and one point for a draw or no result. The first two of the group qualified for the semi-finals and played for the tournament victory there.
