Dragon Khan alone held the record for the most inversions until the opening of Monte Makaya . However, both tracks are from different manufacturers and have different layouts. Identical facilities to Monte Makaya are Avalancha in Xetulul and Flight of the Phoenix in Terra Encantada.

It was opened in the Terra Africana themed area, which is Portuguese and stands for African country .

The 800 m long track, for which it takes around 1:45 minutes at a top speed of 80 km / h, reaches a height of 37 m and has eight inversions: a loop , a cobra-roll consisting of two inversions, and a double corkscrew , as well as a triple heartline roll .

Trains

Monte Makaya has a train with seven cars. Four people (two rows of two people) can be seated in each car. The railway originally had two trains, but one train was destroyed in a fire in the station in 2004.
