Ave Pajo (born July 9, 1984 in Rakvere ) is an Estonian soccer player.

Pajo is currently playing for the women's football division of FC Levadia Tallinn by storm. She has played 39 international matches for the Estonian national team since 2000. She was also successful in badminton until she was a junior. In 2003 she came fourth in the national championships in women's doubles with Kati Kilk .
