Avi Ben-Simhon (* 1947 in Fès , Morocco ) is an Israeli painter.

Simhon was born in Morocco in 1947. His family moved to Israel in 1948 where he made after completion of the compulsory schools in 1986 Academy Avni Institute of Art and Design in Tel Aviv visited. Today he has his studio in Kibbutz Eyal, which he co-founded, near the central district .

In his work he feels inspired by Paul Gauguin and Vincent van Gogh .
