description

Avions Fairey manufactured the British Fairey Firefly of the first generation in the Mk.IIM variant under license . The single-seat biplane is based on a design from 1925 and should not be confused with the later Fairey Firefly from the 1940s and 1950s.

In contrast to the previous variants Mk.I and Mk.II, the Firefly IIM was largely made of metal. Avions Fairey built 63 aircraft of this type in Gosselies between 1932 and 1933.
