Awmima Mohamed

Awmima Mohamed ( Arabic أميمة محمد; * January 5, 1985 ) is a Sudanese sprinter . She was the first Sudanese woman to participate in the Olympic Games in 2000.

Life

Awmima Mohamed took at the Summer Olympics in 2000 in Sydney competing Athletics - 400 m (women) part. In the preliminary round, she started in the 7th run and covered the distance in 62.94 seconds. As the last of this run she could not qualify for the next round.
