The BÄKO-magazin is a monthly trade magazine from the Chmielorz GmbH publishing house in Wiesbaden . The magazine for marketing and corporate management that emerged from BÄKO-Informations (1967–1990) is the official organ of the BÄKO business organization for the bakery and confectionery trade. It informs the members and baking customers of the BÄKO cooperatives and reaches around 14,000 German bakery and confectionery businesses.

In addition to corporate management and marketing, the core topics include reporting on market and industry events, trade fairs, the manufacturing and supplier industries, and new markets and products. The service part provides assistance on business issues, law & taxes, further training and product knowledge. The "Product Knowledge" collection as well as training and further education aids ("Brennpunkt" series) appear as special publications in CD-ROM format as well as an annual specialist book (previous topics: "Sustainability", "Success factor coffee", "Uncompromisingly good hygiene", "Bäckersnack around the Clock" and 2016 "Lifestyle-Food. Modern nutrition from the bakery").
