Bärbel Bergerhoff-Wodopia

Bärbel Bergerhoff-Wodopia (* 1954 in Wattenscheid ) is a German manager in the coal industry and, among other things, a member of the board of the RAG Foundation .

Life

Bergerhoff-Wodopia began an apprenticeship at RAG AG in 1970 and was then taken on as a clerk for social affairs. From 1979 she was the deputy head of commercial training and in the following years was elected chairwoman of the works council of the RAG AG headquarters in Herne and deputy chairwoman of the general works council of RAG Deutsche Steinkohle AG . From 1994 to 2004 she was a member of the supervisory board of RAG Immobilien AG and from 2001 to 2004 a member of the supervisory board of RAG AG. From 2004 she worked at RAG AG as operations director for personnel and social issues. Since 2012 Bergerhoff-Wodopia has been a member of the supervisory boards of RAG AG, Deutsche Steinkohle AG and a member of the board of directors of the RAG-Stiftung.

Bärbel Bergerhoff-Wodopia is a member of the supervisory boards of DSK (RAG Deutsche Steinkohle AG), chairwoman of the supervisory board of Vivavest GmbH, Vivavest Wohnen GmbH, member of the advisory boards of DMT-Gesellschaft für Studium und Bildung mbH, RAG Montan Immobilien GmbH and deputy chairwoman of the supervisory board of the Joblinge gAG Ruhr. She is a member of the boards of trustees of the Ruhr Area History Foundation, the Industrial Monument Preservation Foundation, the August Schmidt Foundation , the German Mining Museum and a member of the supervisory board of the Essen University Hospital . In addition, she is a member of the advisory board of IG BCE , a member of the state board of trustees of North Rhine-Westphalia Stifterverband für die deutsche Wissenschaft, a member of the administrative board of RWTÜV e. V. and personal member and education officer of the Initiativkreis Ruhr.

She has been a member of the ZDF Board of Directors since July 1, 2017 . There she is deputy chairwoman of the finance committee and a member of the investment committee. She had been nominated by the SPD- affiliated Red Circle of Friends.

On February 12, 2017, Bärbel Bergerhoff-Wodopia was a member of the 16th Federal Assembly for the election of the Federal President. It had been proposed by the parliamentary group of the SPD North Rhine-Westphalia .
