Béla Ternovszky
Béla Ternovszky (born May 23, 1943 in Budapest ) is a Hungarian animator and director.
Ternovszky worked for the Pannonia Filmstudio from 1961 to 1995 , initially as an animator, from 1972 increasingly as a director. Among other things, he was responsible for the animation and integration of the goblin in the television series Meister Eder and his Pumuckl . From his directorial work in Germany Cat City (1986) and Cat City 2 (2007), the Leo short films in the advertising television of Bayerischer Rundfunk (1980-91) and the BR production Mecki und seine Freunde (1988-93) were produced. He was also a collaborator on the storyboard of The Little Polar Bear . The animated series Hot Wire into the Hereafter , which was shown in a dubbed version on GDR television in the 1970s, is also based on artistic designs by Ternovszky.
