The Stock Exchange Admission Ordinance is a German ordinance , the current publication of which is derived from the Deposit Protection and Investor Compensation Act (EAEG).
It regulates the admission requirements and admission procedures for securities for trading in a legally regulated stock exchange segment of an exchange .
