The Bücker Bü 182 cornet was a single-engine, single-seat military training aircraft produced by the aircraft manufacturer Bücker Flugzeugbau .

The aircraft was developed in 1938 parallel to the two-seater training aircraft Bücker Bü 181 . The first flight of the prototype Bü 182 A equipped with a Walter Mikron II with 60 HP (44 kW) took place on November 10, 1938 with Arthur Benitz on board. The basic concept envisaged a single-seat military trainer for hunting , diving , formation, formation and navigation flight. The structure was similar to the Bü 181. For the four aircraft of the variants B and C built, an air-cooled in-line four-cylinder Bü M 700 with 80 hp (59 kW) was used as the motorization.
