The house at Bülbringer Straße 7 in the Ennepetal district of Bülringen is a listed half-timbered house . The older door inscription above the house entrance on the street side dates from 1704, a second one above the house entrance on the courtyard side dates from 1810.

The well-preserved half-timbered house was built by a Johans Peter Bülbring. The half-timbered main floor rises on a plastered base with two entrances. The compartment is standing with sword ribbons flattened in opposite directions . Are only partially get the two-leaf wooden windows with Berg and green shutters . The door entrance to the street side has a side floorboard window and a simple wooden door. The wooden pillar framing and roofing of the house entrance on the courtyard side have been preserved.

Together with the courtyard at Bülbringer Straße 12, the residential building forms a monument ensemble.
