The residential building at Bülbringer Straße 12 in the Ennepetal district of Bülhaben is a listed two-storey building. The oldest part of the building is dated to 1480.

The house has a central part made of irregular half-timbering , which according to the documents was built by a Bülbring at the end of the 15th century . It is therefore the oldest building in Bülhaben. A massive annex was added to the back and front in 1618 and 1648, and the style of the front annex was changed in 1957 when it was converted into a shop.
The house, outbuildings and the barns of the courtyard together with the house at Bülbringer Straße 7 form a monument ensemble. In the gable of the street towed gabled roof of the adjacent building are hatches .
