BEMER therapy

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The BEMER therapy , even physical vessel BEMER (acronym for B io e lectro- M agnetic- E nergy- R egulation) is an alternative medical treatment. It was developed by the Liechtenstein- based company BEMER Int. AG . The BEMER therapy is one of the magnetic field therapies .

method

The aim of the BEMER therapy is the general improvement of blood circulation . This is to be achieved by emitting electromagnetic waves . The therapy devices each consist of a control unit and an applicator (for example in the form of a mat, a band or a seat cushion) that is attached to the patient's body. The BEMER therapy is also used on animals.

criticism

Pilot studies on BEMER see possibly positive effects. However, publications on magnetic field therapies available to date are generally rated as unsatisfactory.
