BRUA pipeline

The BRUA pipeline is intended to connect Bulgaria , Romania , Hungary and Austria . It has been under construction since 2017. The capacity of the main axis should be 4.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year. The BRUA is to transport the natural gas extracted in the Black Sea to Western Europe . The cost of building the pipeline is expected to be EUR 500 million. The main axis is expected to be completed in 2022.
