The BVI Federal Association of Real Estate Managers e. V. is a German professional and interest association for property managers who specialize in administrative and support tasks in the real estate industry. The association, founded in 1983 and based in Berlin, is registered in the lobby list of the German Bundestag.
task
As an association, the BVI represents the interests of around 600 property management companies in Germany . It offers a wide range of services such as contract templates and work aids for property managers.
Publications
The BVI is the publisher of the trade journal BVI Magazin, which appears six times a year, and the owner's magazine is owned.

The BVI Bundesfachverband der Immobilienverwalter eV is active nationwide and is divided into seven regional associations. The association is made up of:

Memberships
The BVI has been a member of the Central Real Estate Committee since March 2015 . The association is also a member of the Fédération Internationale des Administrateurs de Biens Conseils Immobiliers for short, FIABCI.
Events
The association organizes the German Real Estate Management Congress. And participates, among other things, in the real estate industry dialogue of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure .
