The B 7 cave is a cave in Iserlohn - Grüne . It was discovered in 1965. Its known total length is 5100 m. It is named after the federal highway 7 .
The area around the cave has been designated as a nature reserve. The cave is not freely accessible. Information and sightseeing opportunities can be obtained from the visitor entrance of the neighboring Dechen Cave, about 2 km to the west .
