The Baba Yara Stadium ( English Baba Yara Stadium ), even Kumasi Stadium (English Kumasi Sports Stadium ), is a multi-purpose stadium in the Ghanaian city of Kumasi . With a capacity of 51,100 it is the largest stadium in Ghana. The stadium was rebuilt for the 2008 African Cup of Nations. As a purely seated stadium, it can hold 40,500 spectators.

It is the home stadium of the Asante Kotoko football club . The stadium is mostly used for football matches, but occasionally athletics competitions are also held there.

The stadium, built in 1959, already served as the venue for the 1978 and 2000 African Cup of Nations.
