Company vehicle plant

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Betriebswagenwerk (Bww), also: Betriebshof (Bh), formerly also Bahnbetriebfahrzeugwerk , is the former name for a technical department of the railway in Germany, in which railway wagons are maintained. A depot usually contains a hall as well as technical facilities for scheduled maintenance, including minor repairs, of these rail vehicles. In addition to the regularly available administration and social buildings, there are containers and devices for supplying the rail vehicles, for example with operating materials, on a company vehicle plant.
