The Hungarian Railway History Park (also: "Füsti Park", i.e. "Rauchpark") is considered to be the largest railway museum in Central Europe. It is located on the site of the former northern railway depot of the Budapest Nyugati pályaudvar (Budapest West Railway Station). The museum uses the locomotive sheds and the outdoor area of the disused railway depot from 1911 and was inaugurated on July 14, 2000.

The area measures 70,000 m 2 . Approx. 100 historical railway vehicles are exhibited there. The holdings document the development of the Hungarian railways from 1870 to the present day. In addition to a large number of steam locomotives, the collection also includes diesel and electric locomotives, such as an electric locomotive that works according to the drive principle invented by Kálmán Kandó . Many vehicles are still operational or have been refurbished to work. At events in the park, these can also be seen in operation and some of them can be driven by hand. The vehicles are regularly used at home and abroad for nostalgic special trips.

Since 2006 there has also been a tram train in Füsti with a unit of the formerly widespread Budapest type UV .
