The Bobo-Dioulasso station is the station of the city of Bobo-Dioulasso in Burkina Faso . It is located on the Abidjan-Niger Railway and is operated by the Sitarail railway company. The station is a stopover on the Abidjan - Ouagadougou international railway line . The building is flanked by two minarets .

Equipment and transport

From 2006 the access road to the station was completed. In November 2017, trains from Ouagadougou and three times a week from Abidjan, Ivory Coast stopped in Bobo-Dioulasso , sometimes as train special or train express . There is also a brisk freight traffic.

The station building is white and architecturally based on the Mosquée de Dioulasso-Bâmit , the main attraction of the city. There is a line of sight to the mosque.
