Bakenberg is a recreation area with a sandy beach on the Baltic Sea below the steep coast between Dranske and Altenkirchen on the island of Rügen in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . In terms of administrative law, Bakenberg belongs to the municipality of Dranske.
