The Banafo are a people in Ghana who are also called Banda , Dzama , Nafana or Senufo .

The Banafo live in western Ghana on the border with Ivory Coast. Few Banafo live in Ivory Coast. The language of the Banafo is Nafaanra .

The Banafo live with a population between 61,000 and 65,000 south of the black Volta east of the city of Bondoukou in the Ivory Coast.
