Banca Civica is a Spanish company with headquarters in Seville .
The credit institution was created in January 2000 from the merger of the four Spanish banks Caja Navarra , Caja Canarias , Caja de Burgos and Cajasol .
In August 2012, the credit institution was acquired by the Spanish Caixabank .
