The Banco del Plata , now also known as the Asociación de Despachantes de Aduana , is a building in the Uruguayan capital of Montevideo .

The building, which was built between 1963 and 1964, is located in Ciudad Vieja on Calle Zabala 1427–1437 and 1 ° (Primero) de Mayo . The architect of the building, which was originally used as a bank building, was Antonio Bonet . Around 2008 the building, which was also used by the Uruguayan Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment , was empty. It now houses the headquarters of the Asociación de Despachantes de Aduana (ADAU). The seven meter high, two-storey building has a floor area of ​​656 m².
