Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters
The Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters , also known as the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement , or BIFF for short, is an Islamist militant organization in the Philippines . She is a minor participant in the Moro conflict and is mainly active in Maguindanao and other places in SOCCSKSARGEN . The BIFF is a splinter group of the Islamic Liberation Front of the Moros . BIFF has been operating since 2008 and has 140–160 members (as of July 2016). Their leader is Ismael Abubakar.
