Baron Blyth

Baron Blyth , of Blythwood in the County of Essex , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

The family home of the barons is Blythwood Estate near Athenry in County Galway .

Award and subordinate titles

The title was created on July 19, 1907 for the businessman Sir James Blyth, 1st Baronet . As early as August 30, 1895, he was given the subordinate title of Baronet , of Blythwood in the Parish of Stansted Mountfitchet in the County of Essex. Today's title holder has been his great-great-grandson as the 5th baron since 2009.
