Baron Cochrane of Cults
Baron Cochrane of Cults , of Crawford Priory in the County of Fife , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
The barons' family seat was Crawford Priory and is now Cults House , both at Cupar in Fife.
Award
The title was created on May 19, 1919 for the liberal unionist politician Hon. Thomas Cochrane . This was the second son of the 11th Earl of Dundonald .
Today's title holder has been his great-grandson Thomas Cochrane as 5th Baron since 2017 .
