Baron Glentanar
Baron Glentanar , of Glen Tanar in the County of Aberdeen , was a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
Award
The title was created on June 29, 1916 for the Scottish cotton manufacturer George Coats .
Since his only son, the 2nd Baron, had no male descendants, the title expired on his death on June 28, 1971.
