Baron Langford
Baron Langford , of Summerhill in the County of Meath , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of Ireland .
The barons' family residence was formerly Summerhill House near Summerhill in County Meath and is now Bodrhyddan Hall near Rhuddlan in Denbighshire .
Award
The title was created on July 31, 1800 for MP Clotworthy Rowley in the House of Commons . The award was made in return for his approval of the Act of Union 1800 , which he had previously rejected. He was the fourth son of Thomas Taylour , 1st Earl of Bective .
Today's title holder has been Owain Rowley-Conwy as 10th Baron since 2017 .
