Baron Manny
Baron Manny (also Mauny ) was a hereditary British title in the Peerage of England .
Award
The title was created on November 12, 1347 for Sir Walter Manny , when he was convened by King Edward II via Writ of Summons in the English Parliament . He was the second husband of Margaret Plantagenet, Duchess of Norfolk .
Since he left no sons, he was inherited by his daughter Anne, who was married to John Hastings, 2nd Earl of Pembroke . The title finally expired on the death of their son John Hastings, 3rd Earl of Pembroke on December 30, 1389.
