Baron Norton
Baron Norton , of Norton-on-the-Moors in the County of Stafford , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
Award
The title was created on April 16, 1878 for the Conservative politician and former Chairman of the Board of Trade Sir Charles Adderley .
Today's title holder has been his great-great-great-grandson James Adderley as 8th Baron since 1993 .
