Baron Plunket
Baron Plunket , of Newtown in the County of Cork , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
Award
The title was created on May 1, 1827 for the Irish lawyer and politician William Plunket .
Today's title holder has been his great-great-great-great-grandson Tyrone Plunket as the 9th Baron since 2013 .
