Baron Remnant

Baron Remnant , of Wenhaston in the County of Suffolk , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

Award

The title was conferred on the Conservative House of Commons Sir James Remnant, 1st Baronet , on June 26, 1928 . As early as July 14, 1917, the subordinate title Baronet , of Wenhaston in the County of Suffolk, had been awarded to him in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom .

Today's title holder has been his grandson James Remnant, 3rd Baron Remnant , since 1967 .
