George Tryon, 1st Baron Tryon

Baron Tryon , of Durnford in the County of Wilts , is a British hereditary title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

The barons' family residence is The Manor House , in Great Durnford near Salisbury in Wiltshire.

Award

The title was created on April 18, 1940 for the conservative politician George Tryon .

Today's title holder has been his great-grandson Charles Tryon as the 4th Baron since 2018 .
