Bartłomiej Rychter (* 1978 in Sanok ) is a Polish lawyer and crime writer, writer of war and crime novels and was a bank manager before he started his own business as an author.

Before he became a writer, he studied law at the University of Rzeszów . He worked as a trainee in a Silesian and Cracow law firm and as an intern in debt collection companies and banks in Sanok. In 2007 he made his debut as a novelist with the thriller "Kurs do Genewy" ( Course to Geneva ). His books have appeared in several languages ​​and have a large following.

The Rychter family is originally from Lviv and Warsaw .

Bartłomiej Rychter lives with his family in Sanok.
