Batahaliye
Batahaliye was a Nubian queen. She bore the titles of King Wife , Sister of the King and Great King Wife .
Batahaliye was the wife of the Nubian king Harsijotef (around the first third of the 4th century BC). She was buried in a pyramid Nu 44 in Nuri and she appears on the great historical stele of her husband. Her grave stele was found in her pyramid, which was inscribed with Egyptian hieroglyphics . This inscription is difficult to understand in places and shows that knowledge of the Egyptian language was slowly being lost at this time. Her husband Harsijotef's stela, on the other hand, is much better made and indicates that both steles were made in different workshops.
Your tomb under the pyramid was already heavily robbed when the excavators found it and only contained some ceramics, a few stone vessels and various amulets.
