Batu Bibi is an uninhabited Indonesian island in the Timor Archipelago ( Lesser Sunda Islands ).
Batu Bibi is located off the south coast of the island of Manuk . It belongs to the administrative district ( Kabupaten ) Rote Ndao in the province of East Nusa Tenggara .
