The construction work key (BAS) is a directory in which the different activities in the construction of structures are systematically compiled. The BAS is used in work preparation in that the different items in a specification of services are combined into work processes. In this way, the calculation specifications are provided in a form that makes the recording of the actual costs in the calculation more clearly for the construction site personnel.
