Construction supervisor

A construction supervisor is a legal or natural person who prepares and carries out construction projects on a commercial basis in a third-party name and for third-party account according to Section 34c (1) number 3 sub-item b) Trade Regulations . The activity as construction supervisor requires the permission of the trade supervisory authority .

Demarcation

The construction supervisor is to be distinguished from the property developer , who is regulated in the same standard of the trade regulations and is often included in the license for commercial activity. A differentiated application has become obsolete due to the no higher fee with simultaneous application by the now applicable EU Services Directive .
