Baucke is the family name of the following people:

  • Florian Baucke (1719–1779), Silesian Jesuit missionary and writer
  • Heinrich Baucke (1875–1915), German sculptor
  • Johann Heinrich Christoph Baucke (1814–1908), German carpenter and emigrated in 1842 as a missionary of the Evangelical Lutheran. Gossner Mission to New Zealand
  • Ludolf Baucke (1939–2016), German pedagogue, head of the Hannover College, juror and freelance music journalist
  • Wilhelm Baucke (1871–1941), German MP, Mayor of Brome, farmer and member of the Hanover Provincial Parliament, Gifhorn-Isenhagen constituency (1929–1932)

Baucke is still the German name of the place Buków (Otmuchów) .
