House Bavariaring 10 is a listed villa in Munich 's Ludwigsvorstadt district .

The house of the architect Emanuel von Seidl was built by himself. The richly structured group building in the corner from 1897/98 is adorned with rich plastic decor. At the southern front garden gate there is an ornamental grille with the name of the builder between Hermen . At the eastern, arched garden gate there is a statue of George after Donatello . In terms of urban planning, the villa is related to the neighboring Paulskirche .
