The Beacon College is a small private college in Leesburg in the US state of Florida . The college was founded in 1989 as a college for people with learning disabilities . These special circumstances are taken into account by class sizes of less than 20 students on average. Students can obtain an associate degree in a two-year course and a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a four-year course .
