Beatrice L. Pool Sable
Beatrice Luise Pool-Zobel (* April 4, 1949 ; † May 13, 2008 ) was head of the chair for nutritional toxicology at the Institute for Nutritional Sciences at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena .
The main research focus was the chemoprevention of tumor diseases. These included, for example, polyphenols in apple juices.
