Front to Otto-Suhr-Allee
The development on Luisenplatz is an ensemble of buildings in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg ( Otto-Suhr-Allee 144, Eosanderstraße 18 and 21, Charlottenburger Ufer 1), on the side of the Charlottenburg Palace and was built from 1982 to 1987 according to plans by the architect Hans Kollhoff .
A typical overlapping and interaction of urban and historical context as well as independent solitaire in the building complex on Luisenplatz is evident for Kollhoff in the 1980s .
The complex is primarily a perimeter block development . It fulfills a public space-forming function and a private residential function.
