The residential building Beckersstrasse 49 is in the Bonnenbroich-Geneicken district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building, built in 1904, was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on August 29, 1988 under No. B 074 .

House no. 49 is part of a group of four similar houses and, together with house no. 47, is an appealing house composition.

The eaves-standing house with a gently sloping pitched roof was built in 1904 together with the neighboring house No. 47. The three-axis row house, reduced to two unequally designed window axes on the two upper floors, with a historicizing stucco facade is listed on three floors. The house is divided horizontally with a plinth, a sill and a protruding eaves cornice.
