The property stands directly on the Rundling of the former city wall of the historic Rheindahlen district. House no. 47 is an eaves, three-storey house with a gable roof on the corner of Beecker Strasse and Am Mühlenwall . The building forms an intact assembly with houses 49 and 53 . The year 1848 is shown in the wall anchors.
