Beiju

Beiju de folha

A beiju is a small cake made from manioc or tapioca flour that comes from northeastern Brazil . During its production, the naturally sweet flour is simply moistened and baked in the oven.

This Brazilian cuisine cake is a legacy of Brazilian indigenous culinary art.
