Occupancy (mathematics)

If a specific value is assigned to a variable in mathematics , this is called an assignment .

example

${\displaystyle X=3}$. The variable X is assigned the value 3, it is of value 3 assigned .

Several variables (a set of variables) can also be assigned values. For example, the variables could represent different cities on earth to which a value from the value range Temperatures on the earth's surface on January 10, 2006 at 12:00 local time is assigned.
