Seven teams took part in the third Berlin ice hockey championship , which was played in the 1911/12 season. As in the previous year, BFC Preussen was the champion of Berlin in ice hockey with the disc for 1912 (the official title) . The games took place on January 20th and 21st on natural ice on the Lietzensee in Berlin-Charlottenburg .
The final of the Berlin championship took place a week before the first German championship , in which the BFC Preussen did not participate, only the Berlin ice skating club and SC Charlottenburg .
